Business Service Cost

The Prorated Cost applies only to our Managed Services clients.
Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest hour.
Emergency and after-hours is time and a half, and weekends and holidays are double time.

Managed Services Cost - Workstations & Users

Service provided during CompuBC business hours, after hours, weekends & holydays will be billed at a prorated service.

* All workstations that are connected to a network must be included
* You can mix and match different service levels for your computers.
* All user support service levels must be the same for all users in your company.
