Business Service Cost

• The Prorated Cost applies only to our Managed Services clients.
• Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest hour.
• Emergency and after-hours are time and a half, and weekends and holidays are double time.

We offer banked time or an all-inclusive service.
All workstations under the same network must be included.
